Lamb Weston does not accept unsolicited referrals or resumes from any source other than directly from  individual candidates or referrals from current employees. We will not consider unsolicited referrals and/or resumes from vendors including and without limitation, search firms, staffing agencies, fee-based referral services and recruiting agencies (“placement vendor”). The submission of referrals or resumes by anyone other than a candidate directly to Lamb Weston is strictly prohibited and is considered gratuitous. Lamb Weston is not in any way obligated or bound to pay any referral or other fee to any placement vendor (see above) that sends an unsolicited email, even if that communication leads to a hire. Lamb Weston does not compensate any placement vendor absent a written, signed, agreed-upon, fee arrangement.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, resumes will be accepted from approved vendors with a written and signed agreement in place with Lamb Weston. Such agreements shall authorize a placement vendor to submit resumes for a specific position and timeframe. Any resume submitted in the absence of an approved, signed agreement will become the property of Lamb Weston and no fee shall be due to any party.
