Pepperoni Pizza Tots

Ingredients

• 8 oz Lamb Weston® Fridge Friendly Tater Puffs® (RE002)

• 2 oz cheddar

• 2 oz mozzarella

• 1 oz pepperoni

• Marinara garnish

Directions

Place thawed tots on baking rack, cover with cheese and pepperoni - be sure to leave a few tots uncovered around the edges.
Bake in impingement oven at 400°F for 7.5 minutes.
Drizzle with warm sauce and enjoy.
